Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes hypnosis to access and influence the subconscious mind. It involves guiding an individual into a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, known as a hypnotic trance. In this state, the individual becomes more open to suggestions and is able to access and explore their subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and memories.
Why Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind to remove self-sabotaging behaviors, limiting beliefs, and blocks that prevent you from leading your best life – in love, career, finance, health, and so much more.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapeutic technique that accesses your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is 90% of the mind and is where all of your feelings, emotions, long-term memory, habits, patterns, beliefs, and behaviors are stored – which makes hypnotherapy so effective. We have direct access to heal your issue at its core.
How is Hypnotherapy Different from Talk Therapy?
Hypnotherapy is different than talk therapy because in hypnotherapy we access your subconscious mind – which is 90% of your brain. Talk therapy works with your conscious mind – the other 10% part of your brain that analyzes, computes, and discerns. Hypnotherapy goes both deeper and faster than talk therapy.
What Happens During a Hypnotherapy Session?
The hypnotherapy session starts with a series of relaxation techniques that guide you into a profound state of relaxation. Throughout the session, your eyes will remain closed, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. You have the option to either lie down or sit up, selecting the position that feels most comfortable for you.
During our session, we will engage in a dialogue centered around your subconscious mind, akin to a guided meditation or a relaxing visualization. Together, we will delve into the core of your concern, aiming to uncover its underlying roots.
Once we have identified these roots, we will work towards eliminating the old, negative beliefs and replacing them with new, positive ones that promote healthier ways of living in your life.
Will I be in control during a hypnotherapy session?
During hypnotherapy, individuals are in complete control and cannot be forced to do anything against their will or values. The effectiveness of hypnotherapy can vary from person to person, and it often requires active participation and willingness to engage in the therapeutic process.
Hypnotherapy can be used to address a wide range of concerns, including habits, phobias, anxiety, stress, emotional issues, self-improvement goals, impulsive eating, addictions and much more.
I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist, I combine this approach with other therapeutic techniques that I have been trained in, allowing for enhanced and expedited results. By addressing the root cause of the issue, we can bring about significant improvements and a more profound sense of well-being.
